  The staff is nice but the reason I give it 3 stars is because there's only one person I can trust to cut my hair her name is Jackie and she's amazing everyone else I've always had to get it fixed after for the most part so if Jackie's not working I go back another day, also the wait time is ridiculous up to 2 or 3 hours often times but you can check in online if the waits not too insane so that's a plus.
